yeah , hope they will underStand the reconsideration, if i go for reconsideration and the file is opened do the processing timeline goes back to the original workpermit times like 20 weeks or for the reconsideration request they have to reply faster.

Yes but don’t understand why the officer can’t check my noc code of the job and verify that it was under the teer 2 category.

I am assuming that no officer have checked the file and this was a automated refusal by the ai or something they are using
