Yes, it is closed work permit and LMIA exempt . I am on intra company transfer to work in canada for client from India. It is a big organisation so getting any kind of such letter from company chances are less. I work 40 hours per week.- Tca20

Hi members, i have finished one year in the job in canada which is LMIA exempt. Now the job offer is valid till 19 Feb 2026 which is slightly less than 1 year. I want to know can I claim the 50 points for that job offer in the express entry.- Tca20
