I just wonder why some of the members here are receiving their medical request MR together with the RPRF and PPR request all at the same time. But some were just receiving MR and RPRF without the PPR. How come? ::) ::) anyone can answer?

I think no harm in trying. At least you will have the move for inquiring. try to email them as some of the members here did. One email to them will not be that big deal, I guess. Hope they will reply as soon as possible. Good luck.

Hello. There seems to be a delay in your application already. I applied January 5, 2011 and received my AOR March and April of this year. Now I am done with my medical and RPRF already only waiting for my PPR that I hope will come soon. The best thing you can do is to contact your visa office...
