My lawyer is confident that I will receive my eCOPR soon. He also mentioned that if he handles my Open Work Permit application, the service fee will be $500, excluding HST and government fees. And for the other questions he ignored all of them.

I checked May applications, and many mentioned eCOPRs were delayed or stopped in mid-May. Based on this, I don’t expect to receive mine before March.

My lawyer submitted the medical document I got for my study permit.

I got both of them. But mine is still on Background processing.

I got my Sponsor Approval on October 15, 2024. I applied on 13 June. 2024. Still on background processing...

Actually, I’m confused about the difference between eligibility and AIP. The eligibility I posted refers to mine, while my husband received the Approval in Principle letter on October 15, 2024. I believe this should be the approval for him as the sponsor.
