H4 from within US as a Canadian citizen
Canadians can enter US without any visa legally. So that’s my status. My husband is on h1b. I prefer I change of status from within US. Hence my question. Thanks- wanderer123

H4 from within US as a Canadian citizen
hello Folks, Can a Canadian citizen who entered US as a Canadian citizen ( and not on any visa ), apply for h4 ( cos ) and ead from within USA ? p.s - spouse is on h1 and already in USA but for some specific reasons I prefer to apply for h4 from within usa. Thx for your help- wanderer123
