I have all my documents in place and have the “ready to submit” next to all my documents. Yet the submit application button is grey and won’t allow for me to proceed. Has anyone had a similar issue? If so how did you fix it?

I am submitting to renew my PR card. I’m struggling to understand what 2 pieces of evidence of residency for the past 5 years mean. Do I provide simply two different documents showing proof between the past 5 years? Or must I provide 10 documents, 5 for each of the two documents showing proof...
