Hi What's ur nationlity? As per my knowledge, it is better to apply for PCC after u receive ur first AOR (file number). I feel better if u could use an agency for getting ur PCC from KSA and UAE. If u r an indian u would get Indian PCC from Indian Embassy in Kuwait. regards Ananth

Hi Sujat My case is also similor to urs, I have sent my passports on March 11, Still waiting to get my visa and also the address in ecas disappeared since Aug 2nd. Pls Wait for some more days. Things will move on !!!! All the very best .........
