Sorry I don't understand. You mean you responded to P2 on Oct 30th? I waited for 107 days before receiving my Ecopr. And on Dec 31st I called an agent at IRCC to inform them my ecopr expiry date is february 25th 2025. So they contacted the VO and I recived my Ecopr today.

Nope. Every time I called they kept saying it is still on the virtual landing queue. No other explanation. It's a very unfair system, and it's badly done because there's no way to contact the VO.
