For anyone who is still following this thread: Sent my application and passport on May 4 through USPS and got it back on June 21. I was subjected to 10 days wait period. -

I also sent the application by USPS express mail. Mine was received at 10:00 am on May 05 and was signed by T. Key. Still no sign on USPS tracking page for return of my Passport. I sent a message to them two days back using the online form...
