That doesn't explain why we would both get zeros. How could we get zero on every single category?

Both my husband and I were rejected immediately. Our profile scores show 0 for everything. We submitted our language test scores, employment history, education assessment, everything. We weren't asked for proof of finances but we can provide that. What could we possibly have done wrong?
