Okay good. Try increasing the brightness by a hair in any photo editor and retry. Try reverse too, decrease the brightness by a hair and retry. It could be either.- Lucifer85

I can relate as my situation was similar. My biometrics and medical were updated on Dec 17 and no update since. Then I received P1 email on Feb 19 and everything was updated to "completed" on the tracker. So I'd say just have a lil patience :D- Lucifer85
