sorry for another question. my first application was returned for being incomplete. i didn't add dependents to form 0008 because they aren't coming and i also wrote a letter explaining such. but i dont think that was enough and they want the info anyway. so now im trying to fill out a pdf...

i figured. so then i went to try. and it wont let me add dependents on the profile page. the "add dependents" is grayed out and unclickable.

i did submit it. and i do have dependents. however they will not be coming and i have written a letter explaining that and why i can't get any of their personal info. (long story with ex) do i need to do for them even though i wrote a detailed letter. and i wont be able to fill it all in.

i think as long as your mom can show enough proof that she has ties to her current country with reason to return then there shouldn't be a problem.
