Hey, Have you got your copr actually I also got the same issue I am waiting for my COPR and out of curiosity I intiated the PRTD application and out of nowhere I gave me an email saying that your application is intiated. Kindly advise if this is a big issue I have got into or just need to wait...

But I have not submitted the application, and I called the IRCC and they told me that no need worry as I can delete the application but IRCC will not be able to see it as it is accidently been intiated nothing is done like no documentation is given or no other fees has been paid.

But I have a question then why before receiving copr on portal 1 and 2 IRCC mention that we can not confirm your Permanent resident status while you are out of canada?

No after submiting the photo and address and received COPR in electronic form and for sure it is not a file number as I received file number 3 months back.
