    @Singh81 I assume you are sending from within Germany?.. If so, this didn't end up being a problem. We sent it last Monday (they received it Tuesday) , and we received the passport back Saturday the same week via registered mail. (Meaning we had to sign for it.) I am still a little confused...

    I believe they say at least 10 business days it for processing. What office are you going through.. My boyfriend and I went through the Berlin office and they went much faster.

    @hopetoland Check your e-case.. I happened to check ours today (even though I looked yesterday evening and there was no change) and it says decision made. It also says that the office will contact us. If I didn't already know we have the visa, I wouldn't know what to think about it. Anyways...

    We applied from Germany. I assume this means "outland"? I am the sponsor, so I am not entirely sure what we did. We live in Germany and we were expecting the 13 months as well. It was a bit of a shock to get the passport request so early. We still don't plan to move until December/January, but...

    @hopetoland I use my client number from when my sponsorship got approved. Conseqeuntly, I type in my name, country of birth and birthdate. They might just be slow to update yours.. ours was updated late last week. haha I supposed to looks that way for me too :)

    I think the idea is that you need to provide them with the account number so that they can send it back with DHL. Meaning that, whatever it costs, they would charge it to your account and you would then pay. There isn't any problem sending it to them, what gets confusing with DHL is when Berlin...
