    she is not renewing her passport, because she doesn't have a passport. the only thing she wants to do is renew her PR card as it is nearing expiry. she does NOT own a passport and she is NOT renewing her passport. she is trying to renew her PR card.

    As the title suggests, I am renewing my mom's PR card. Since she arrived, she has left Canada. Do I still need to prove residency? If so, how? She does not have a passport. Will using her old PR card and BC services card be good enough?
