After BVL, my SOWP got approved the next day. Medical was requested after the approval. That was mainly, if we want to work in some specific field like healthcare or child care. For that, we need medical results as well with the work permit.

Anyone who applied Inland Spousal PR in September 2024 on visitor visa/record, has their eligibility started or completed? Because, I have seen people getting SOWP only after when their PR application's eligibility is completed.

You can apply for your driver's licence with your passport as well. Nothing to do with work permit.

You can apply with Biometric letter as well. I have seen people applying with BIL (as it too contains Application Number). Once, if by any chance you get your AOR (do check in your home mailbox as well), add that as a web form to your work permit application.

Yes.. Login to your GCkey account and use your application number and UCI with passport details to link your application. Also, select 2 in number of applicants, even if you are the only applicant in the PR application.

My application tracker says the same - Biometrics and Background check in progress, but i haven't yet received BIL. Waiting for the same.
