Thank you for your response! Yes, may be because I had to use abbreviations for some names because the original form didn't provide enough space. Have you received any updates since submitting the form?

New update on my dossier: Submitted: July 25 October 21: Biometric done November 28: medical passed , January 6: I am asked for Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) and CV. January 7: Sent the documents. Has anyone else received a similar request from IRCC? I’m a bit concerned as...

Update: I got Medical exam instruction letter on Nov. 21.

I am inland applicant, and no I have not passed medical exam before! I hope they will send me the letter soon since it is almost one month after getting the biometric:(
