Do you know how long does it take for ircc to process a DLI change when I apply for a new study permit as my semester starts in January and I can travel to Canada which my application for my study permit is still in process ?- kapeesharora

What is the process to change DLI after the new rule that passed on 8th November but i have my LOA which dates back to September. Am I still required to apply for a new study permit?- kapeesharora
