When u need ur NBI clearance renewed, have the fingerprint form from the Philippine diplomatic post abroad (embassy/consulate) duly signed by the consul with ur picture on it and ur old NBI clearance to be sent directly to ur friends or relatives. You should also include an authorization letter...

hi micaela. NBI processing is not done in any Philippine post abroad (embassy/consulate). They only do fingerprinting of the applicants and the applicants is responsible in sending those form/s to the Philippines for the NBI processing itself.
