    Why IRCC is delaying ECOPRs! That's insane! Thank god IRCC wasn't on strike...if it would be...you know what should have happened!

    I think they are giving ECOPR's in December to people who had their portal 2 in October..so people who got portal 2 in November will get in January! (That's what I realized after reading threads)
