Hello, I am a bookkeeper and one of my clients moved to Canada in 2017 on a work permit. She received child tax benefit for 2022, 2023 & 2024, is there a way for her to receive payments for 2018, 2019 & 2020? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
