That is clearly not the solution. Trying to edit that form in Adobe Acrobat you immediately get the error message "This XFA form cannot be edited using Adobe Acrobat." see https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/edit-xfa-form.html

Opening the PDF file with the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader on MacOS or Windows and trying to save edited data I always receive this dialog message: "Save a Blank Copy of this Form" "Data typed into this form will not be saved. Adobe Acrobat Reader can only save a blank copy of this form."...
