Hi guys! Hellpp I applied for sp extension, i got my correspondence letter and a request for additional documents (transcript) and i submitted it via the webform on the 8th which was the due date. Today I logged into my account and it says replacement overdue. What should I do?

Hi guys im new here. I applied for my extension sept 12th. I received correspondence letter today but i also got a request to send in my transcript. Has anyone else been asked for that? Im a solo applicant btw. thanks for yall responses in advance
