Can you please also tell the date you received your ECOPR on? As I talked to IRCC Call centre agent and I was advised to wait for few days for the pick up email. The agent said the card was mailed out on 13 Dec, but Canada post was on strike till Dec 17, so they are not sure if I have to pick...

Hi, Is IRCC sending this PR CARD Pick up email to everybody? If somebody doesn't receive this email, will IRCC mail their PR Cards in January?

As I posted yesterday that I received my ECOPR P1 OCT 3 P2 OCT 29 VO Montreal ECOPR DEC 3 VO ETOBICOKE CEC I did send a follow up email on NOV 29. I am not sure if that helps, but I sent it to the same email address we receive P1 from. Hope you all get it soon

How can we talk to an IRCC customer service agent? Every time when i call , they just say that they are too busy and can’t connect to an agent. What options from the menu should i select , please tell me the number you guys use to call and what options do you select? Thanks

If you have only one name, it shows twice. If you don’t have a surname for example just John it shows John John

That means they don’t check when we replied to p1, they work in a diff way
