intial application sent to cic-april 2010. Full application sent to new delhi vo- october 2010 CIC e-status changed from 'application received' to 'decision made' - june 14,2011.please help,anybody got same problem.

i am also in same situation decision made before in process.plz send me the e-mail id for sending email to newdelhi visa office.is there any hope?

last month my e-cas status disappeared from the internet.i sent one e- mail to cic and i got back my e-cas status.now it is showing 'application received' and in next line 'DECISION MADE'.What does it mean..please help...is it positive or negative... :( ;D
