You can apply using your own account. Just provide all the information truthfully when you fill the form or apply. Make sure there is no duplicate applications i.e., one already applied by agent and one you apply.

First, try to get previous GC Key details from your agent. If it is not possible, you can apply it from your account or create a new one. There will be no issues. In the end, IRCC has a system to link everything.

Could I apply for new TRV if previous one is still valid? The previous one is still valid based on student permit, and now I have received PGWP and so thinking for applying new TRV.
