    Hi! I am a PEI applicant, NOC7237. Endorsement applied 2024 August 30 Approval 2024 October 20 PR applied 2024 November 27 AOR & Bill January 27 No contact since then. I received AOR for Bio payment and paid, but no contact since then. ??Is it normal for Biometric emails to be this late??
