I am in the same situation? Does the application continue to move on for principal applicant and on hold for dependent (pregnant) or its on hold for everybody?

My wife got pregnant after my I submitted my PR application and she did not go for Xray. My medical report was submitted to IRCC and the lab informed them that my wife was pregnant. Since then my application status has not changed nor any update. Should I wait for a response from them?
