Tracker got updated today and it shows Eligibility In Progress now.

It shows Medical passed, Background check: In progress, Eligibility: not started

Finally I was able to create tracker account today, I got BIL on Sep 10

They used my old medical from 2021, I did not received an email, I just checked on GCkey.
