Isn’t Application Portal to file for PR application is different than PR Portal that we create after receiving P2? Any ideas? I am very confused and stressed

It’s a family sponsorship…and it was applied online. But I thought PR Portal is the one that we create when P2 email comes. Sorry I am little confused
