I put my PR date - 15 April 2021 but it says date should be before PR was given whether extension was approved or refused. there is no box to put comments. it's not even giving me the option to use Physical Presence Calculator

Isn’t Application Portal to file for PR application is different than PR Portal that we create after receiving P2? Any ideas? I am very confused and stressed
