I had called IRCC a couple days before and the agent there said the card was now on production. I didn’t see anything on CAS. my inspect tool has shown complete status since Sept 17ish. I wouldn’t use inspect tool to track your anpplixation process. I can’t use GCkey to link my renewal...

I called IRCC again today to see if my card was mailed or not. They just said the the application is still open and they don’t need anything from me at this time. They didn’t mail the card yet either. Did I get incorrect info from the previous rep? Help plz and ty

No luck. They keep saying it’s in progress
