How does the travel history impact security check? If you have lived in different countries before moving to Canada does it impact the security check duration?

Do we get a PAL even if you are in Canada? What does the PAL contain? Does it come to the email registered for the application, like a representative?

Agreed the delay is unfortunate. But getting upset over the delay is futile. I think getting a realistic estimate of how long the wait is gives us some room to plan and prepare.
