I was planning on travelling outside canada in January and need to apply for the TRV stamp on my passport, which I believe needs a copy of the actual permit. Most people who got approved recieved their new permits in the mail within a week so im a little concerned

Hello everyone, Its been a week since my study permit extension got approved but I have not recieved the physical permit in the mail yet. is this normal or should i contact IRCC about this?

How long does it take for them to mail your physical permit? I got approved on the 11th, and havent gotten any mail yet.

Its been about 55 days since I submitted my study permit extension application (solo application, no coop permit), last update was my biometrics being added to the profile a few days after submitting. do you think its worth emailing my MP? or is it too early for that. My study permit expired...

I just checked my GCKey portal and it said application/profile updated next to my application, but no new messages, when i reloaded the page, It went back to submitted. Was this just another glitch or is my application moving forward?
