This is exactly my case. I guess the “eligibility” part is only for main applicants, I also have minor dependents and for them Background hasn’t started, I guess it is because it is not applicable for them as well. We shall see.

ADR : Additional Document Request (IRCC requested some additional family information for my spouse. PFL: Procedural Fairness Letter (IRCC had some concerns about previous employment. I submitted a long list of documents and I believe they’re now satisfied).
