CIC received my application on April 21, 2011 My ME has been sent to CIC on September 6, 2011. November 1, 2011, I received the recepits for Application fee and PPR fee by regular mail (just two receipts in the envelop by regular mail, isn't that weird :o ?) now still waiting this is my timeline.
