Unfortunately I travelled to India due to a family emergency. Any idea how long they still may take? I contacted MP and she told eligibility and criminality has passed but still waiting on final decision from three months.

I really have no idea. I have valid work permit which is expiring soon. My application is in queue for review is the reply that I always get from IRCC.

I did MP enquiry multiple times too. All they have done is put my application in queue for review. It’s been month and a half still in queue. I don’t understand how long their queue is. They are so heartless that they have no mercy for emergency cases as well. I am really disappointed and...

My biometrics were already valid. I didn’t had to give biometrics this time. I came to India in a family emergency now I am stuck here from last five months.

Anybody else got the same reply “Application is in queue for review”. Any idea how long they gonna take?

I applied on June 2, 2024. Don’t know what is going on there. Each time I raise a webform, they say your application is in queue for review. It’s is in Queue since one and a half month. This is too stressful. They don’t even consider the emergency requests.

This is too frustrating!! They are taking too long to process.

Raised the webform many times but no reply.

Applied trv on June 2, contacted MP office they said file is in NDVO from last 1.5 month. Dont know if it is stuck there. No update after that.
