Then why the tracker got updated from relationship to sponsor : Spouse to others? So should I use a web form?

I was also suggested by canada immigration in fb chat , that any form would do despite the change in VO . I am still trying to get more clarification before I apply a web form. If you already done it, please tell if using web form it delays the process or not ?

Applicaton tracker is glitchy. but they will have the application details in your gckey. After login, (Asuming you open it in computer, not in phone) when you click on the link "Check application details" which takes you to another screen which shows the dashboard. one side Applicant details ...

Thats weird. Do you or your sponsor have a GC key account? check that one, if info there is ok then its good. Tracker does not update always and its not the accurate tracking tool too. best log in to GC key and check. While linking to GC key be very careful. like double and tripple check.
