Exact same thing has happened with me. I got email to submit P1 details. And after that i sent them the details. But they have not responded. Not sure, what has to be done.

I called IRCC today morning, they said, if I want an update then I should raise a webform. I am thinking to raise webform and send email to IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca I see that, you have raised request to have the address changed for PR card. May I know the process...
