I got it a while back and submitted recently.But did not submit declaration form.Was trying to see my options as employer won’t give it. it’s a publicly traded big company. Any one got declined for not submitting it.

@KPR1 , @Bunbungi , @zarman Any new updates on this from any one? Curious to know if anyone was specifically asked for Employment Declaration and Authorization form. If employer is not ready to sign the form, will Alberta accept any other supporting documents? Hope they are asking this form...
