Automatic,They asked me to submit the study permit but i replied that I haven’t received any decision yet

I have received an email from the college that says, 'As per our records, we have already verified your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) with Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).' Does this mean they have started processing my application?
