[ Sowp can be applied only when the primary applicant's permit is valid for more than 6 months. So when I'll be applying for closed wp, it'll be valid for about 2 months. So sowp cannot be applied right? What are my options other than just waiting for PR?

Appreciate your response. Pgwp is valid only for 3 more months, so sowp is ruled out. Also IRCC says that if spouse isn't planning to work or study, visitor visa is the way to go. Why is it difficult to get approved?

Appreciate the reply. I do not have the OINP nomination yet but was just wondering if I had it, would it be okay to have both non EE and EE application at a point in time? The only reason I would like to be in EE pool is just to have multiple pathways open.

My PGWP expires in Feb 2025. Registered for OINP and waiting for the next draw. Considering 4 months for the next draw and 4 more for the nomination, I am already out of time to apply for PR and get AOR which is required to apply for BOWP. I am also eligible under STEM EE but my CRS is 489 which...

Further, the present timeline for NON EE applications is 1 year, would we require to take PCC again in the process, if requested by IRCC?
