    Thank you for the detailed reply. Yes we did go camping and trips with our friends and we have pictures from the said events with dates and bookings. I am planning to add that to the letters. Also attended birthday and bachelorette events together and we have pictures of the same.

    Hi, thank you so much for replying. Unfortunately he did file taxes this year so we have to mention it. It says in the public policy that any illegal working along with over stayed visa is pardoned for inland spousal. Does this not come under that?
