You can always take additional actions of course. As an information for you, It took only 3 days for me but it took 65 days for my wife's application. It really doesn't have any standard processing time when it comes to ECoPR.

It happened to me. I waited more than two months for them to tell me that they didn't receive my information. Two months later, they sent the credentials but now no ecopr for almost 50 days.
