Hello @AlexPar, I am in the same situation now, Non-express PNP PhD stream application, language test results are required on the portal although this is not mandatory for this stream as per the checklist info. Did you end up taking the test or have you uploaded an alternative document?

I am currently uploading my docs on the PR portal (PNP, PhD stream), and I see language is required (although in checklist it is mentioned it is mandatory for TEER 4 and 5, not for PhD stream), has anyone recently applied through PhD stream without language?
