    Going to US on a G1 visa

    Hi, anyone have experience working in the US on a G1 visa? For instance, I can not cut all ties (will rent out my condo, keep bank accounts, etc) to Canada as I would have to return to Canada once my contract is over (3 years if not renewed). Any and all information would be appreciated. Thanks
