How did you manage to get a PCC with the wrong date of birth? Don`t they need your official document to provide the PCC? I would say to get a new one with the correct information and send them through a webform.

Thank you =D Provided all the information requested and wrote the letter with the banking information and saying that I have a valid job offer and will continue working full time for them, my employer wrote a letter saying that the job offer is permanent and has no date to end.

@Miss bee , on my additional information request, they request proof of funds, but the stream is a Job-offer stream, do I need to provide? I got statements from all my and wife`s accounts and we have more than enough, but the letter says to show a 6 month average and none of the banks provide...

Yes, you need to provide biometrics again.

I would apply not to lose the nomination, and wait until the last second (6 months) to apply for the closed work permit, in case you get ITA for express entry in between you don't need to apply for the closed work permit and apply for a BOWP if needed.

Mine took 5 months, applied in December, got approved in may. Same situation as you.

Yes, I live in Canada and received it. Some say they send it after you pass the eligibility part of the process, some say it`s random. I choose to believe the first lol.
