Am I still eligible for STEM occupations or general CEC draw if I have a provincial nomination?

CHINA POLICE CERTIFICATE
Hey, fellow chinese here. I'm curious what you submtited for your police check? I have got a notary certificate of no criminal record and then a translated certificate of that record. Not sure that's godo enough.- CPC16
