Thank you, ok so that means i should just rely on CEC points to be added to my EE current points. But they are not to high as of current cut off. ITA through CEC means EE file with Canadian experience?

I am on work permit in Canada its been an year, have submitted my EE profile for Alberta, the AINP streams all closed. -Have computer background, -all tech streams are closed. Can anyone help me in knowing when all will be open or there is no chance for it. thx
