The SINP office knows my situation, as I already told them I am laid off. Now the same thing I will do, I will explain to IRCC.

I was laid off after the month of PR applied. However, my SINP is still active, and I am already in touch with the SINP officer. I will write an LOE, a Letter Of Explanation as to why I can't provide it, later, let's see what they will say.

Hi @missbee, I need your suggestion to apply which notes to understand where my file is stuck. I submitted ADR—IMM5669, RPRF on November 4th, but after that, I didn't get any update. When I called IRCC, the agent told me that the file had been moved to the Etobicoke office.
