You should pay and raise the web form—I did the same; I didn't pay at the time of submission, but later on I did and raised the web form. And guess what I got AOR and very next day they send me BIL.

I did in first week of July. But at that time I hadn't paid for biometrics. However, now I did and uploaded the biometric fee receipt through the webform. Same as @lekker141 . So just concerned about it and want to know if he got AOR on time or raised webform ll delay the AOR.

Hello, @Miss bee - In my case, I have paid only $1525 CAD, as I was not aware that for PR applications I would be required to give biometrics again. So can they return mine too? as I have not paid 85 CAD for biometrics? Please confirm.
